Ordinary
Indoor meetings, observing nights, and society newsletter.
Join us
Membership is open to anyone interested in astronomy. Contact the secretary and we will explain subscriptions, meeting dates, and what is included.
Membership registration
Apply to join. An officer will confirm your membership and next steps by email. If you choose Gift Aid, please give a UK home address. You must pay enough UK Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax to cover the Gift Aid we reclaim.
Getting started (officers)
Replace the sample rates and benefits on this page (Pages → Join → Design). Join/renewal forms are Membership (and Custom forms if you use one). Faraday hosting does not collect society subscriptions.
Typical membership
Replace the cards below with your actual rates and what they include. Astronomy Host does not process dues — treasurers handle that separately.
Family
Household membership where your society offers it.
Student
Reduced rate for students — if you offer one.
What you get
Meetings, observatory access, equipment loan, and member events.
